wow. jsut had an interesting dayyyyy. haha a whole two hours of sleep do wonders..(no food since dinner last night-besides an apple- and 1200miligrams of motrin probly dont help. im sore all over and have a headache.. making a new journal-lotsa pics and inspiring phrases. so much FUNNNN. i love making journals and writting, its great. so my new goal is to lose 10pounds by nov.15th. hope i can :D anyways about to go hit the gym-then come home and crash for the night.. hahha its only like 6 but im sooooo tired!! haha -have a goood night girls. talks to you later. xoxo think think <3

question. its 4.30 am here..and im jsut finishing up my project. im wondering if i should go to bed and sleep for a full two hours(wow) or just stay up and do my other homework. im sort of behind.... so not exactly an ed question but still looking for advice lol. i dont feel tired-or look it i think.. but i can feel my muscles starting to hurt and school is always long.. hmmm. ???

hahaha. i jsut basically failed my science projectttt. ahhh ;) me and my sis are havnng funnn though. i just ate licoriceeee and life savers.. lol my supplies for the project.(dont ask) anyways starting 2468 tomorrow..actully now lol its already midnight. NO more licorice, im cut offf as of right now :D -love the will power-yay(enthusiasm) hugs and kisses to all of you out there and kinda sorta sorrry for the stupid post. really absoltuely pointlesss. oh wellll. anyways ill probly post again before i go to bedd but gooodnight for now anyways :D cheers.

ok. so i heard that if you cut something out of your diet for 21 days, you no longer crave it. i alo heard that a craving lasts 15-30 minutes. do you any of you know if these statements are true.. just curious as to know if they are or not.. thanks and good luck. xoxoxox.

k. question. would people think its weird if i made a sort of thinspo poster..like with a bunch of models and stuff then put it up on my wall. or would like my mom and sister and friends think im crazzy or something. i dont know i mean i have a ton of pics on the computer and in journals but i seem to think about them less. so i dont know, what do you girls think. and also does it make a difference if for instance you ate 200calories of crap or 200cals. of healthy food, like weight wise.. thanks. you girls and guys rock!!! xthink thinx xoxox.

bahhhh. im sooo annoyed. sheesssh. i feel like eating sooo bad but the thing is im not even hungryyy. ive been standing around for like 20 minutes just eat-spit-eat-spit. i havnt actually swallowed anything but this is really starting to pisss me off. arghh its one thirty and technically i havnt eaten all day-which im happy about..but i cant keep my mind off food and im supposed to be doing this stupiddd report. maybee if i go to the gym it will keep my mind offf eating for a while.. ??? -so confused/annoyed/yet still happy somehow- sooo weird. ahhh. fuck it im off to the gym before i actuaallly swallow and start a bingee. hope you ladies are in a more stable state of mind than me rightt now. . good luck to allll of yu out there. think thin. xoxox.

heyyy. so im officially new to the site and am totally amped. the names alex and im like 14(almost). its crazzzzy and grade 9 is now insane.. cant wait to see some more changes.
im pretty short at only 5'2
and i used to weigh 127pounds(yikes)
since then ive lost some and am around 115(getting better)
my newest goal is 100ish pounds but somewhere in the 90's would be ideal.
looking for support.tips and friends :)
